Before private practice, Mr. Dick was a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for District Counsel, Dept. of Treasury, representing the IRS in US Tax Court, District Court, and Bankruptcy Court for 19 years. Since joining the private practice world in 2000, Mr. Dick has been involved in representing clients before taxing authorities from the audit stage to full Tax Court trials; in collections and appeals. Mr. Dick is well versed on the procedures and authority of various levels of tax authorities to resolve your issues. Mr. Dick has also represented many clients within Bankruptcy Court in Chapters 7, 11, and 13, where tax liabilites can be resolved and/or discharged far more often than generally believed. Client interests are our prime concern and we will work diligently to meet your needs.
